Did you already have the Gallajorn catalyst? Because that happened to me as well. Since those can only drop once per account I didn't think I could buy it if I had it already. I would have definitely got the Navigator if I knew that was the case because that's the only one I didn't have. I'm quite annoyed with this, right as I come back to the game. It should really have stated one reward per account and not per character and greyed out the catalyst option if you already had it unlocked on the account.
