Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Your PlayStation account isn't part of your Cross Save setup; only Epic and Steam are linked, with Epic being the Active Account as you mentioned. You'll need to go through the process of authenticating and adding your PlayStation account to make it part of your existing setup. If the account appears linked on your end, though, we suggest trying the process in a different browser or incognito window instead, as well as clearing your browser cache to see if that helps. Otherwise, something in the setup process may have gone awry, and you'll unfortunately need to disable Cross Save, wait out the mandatory cooldown for doing so, then enable Cross Save anew in order to try again.
