So first off, I was one of the players who did the Spire dungeon on explorer and it didn't give the completion of the quest due to the error with the final boss not counting on explorer mode. So, thinking the quest was bugged, I abandoned the quest to see if re-acquiring it would fix the issue. The quest CANNOT BE RE-ACQUIRED. It's gone. I even checked on my other two characters, and the quest is not available for either of them. All three characters can see the new quest for liminal vigil this week, but the quest cannot be taken as it requires the completion of elegant arsenal. So the whole quest progress for rite of the nine is completely locked for me. Can't re-acquire the first quest, so I can't progress with any of it.
