I can't seem to figure out what I might have done wrong with my cross save. I used it for the short time that Google Stadia (RIP) was a thing and it worked perfectly fine. I tried to link my steam account a few days ago so I could use GeForce Now to play D2 but when i get into the game it shows my Bungie Name (TheMissDivine#8646) but none of my guardians show up? I don't want to have to deactivate cross save, waiting that 90 days is going to be unbearable but I will if i have to. But when i go to deactivate it it makes me authenticate my steam account, but not my PSN account where my guardians are from? Does that mean there is some kind of authentication issue? I'm confused. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Your Steam account isn't part of your Cross Save setup; only PlayStation and Stadia are linked, with PlayStation being the Active Account as you mentioned. You'll need to go through the process of authenticating and adding your Steam account to make it part of your existing setup. If the account appears linked on your end, though, we suggest trying the process in a different browser, an incognito window, or the Companion app instead, and you can also try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps. Otherwise, something in the setup process may have gone awry, and we would normally suggest disabling Cross Save, waiting out the mandatory cooldown for doing so, then enabling Cross Save anew in order to try again. However, in your case with a Stadia account linked, this won't be possible, as you'd need to be able to authenticate the now-defunct Stadia account in order to disable Cross Save.

when setting up cross-save, which account did you select as your main? if the guardians you want to play are on PSN, PSN should have been selected as the main account
