Cross Save issue!!
I play destiny 2 on console and i wanted to play it on pc, so i connected my epic games account to my bungie account but when i load into the character selection screen all my characters from my console is missing!! Only the silver i purchased is on the account, but is there, what do i do?

7 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Your Epic account isn't linked to your existing Cross Save setup. You'll need to go through the process of authenticating and adding your Epic account to make it part of your existing setup. If the account appears linked on your end, though, we suggest trying the process in a different browser, incognito window, or the Companion app instead, as well as clearing your browser cache to see if that helps. Otherwise, something in the setup process may have gone awry, and you'll unfortunately need to disable Cross Save, wait out the mandatory cooldown for doing so, then enable Cross Save anew in order to try again.
