Just to confirm, since you didn't mention these options specifically, have you also tried clearing your Steam cache by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Clear Download Cache? And could you try running Destiny 2 with as few applications running in the background as possible to see if the situation improves? If it doesn't, we'd like to request a DxDiag for your system that we can use to attempt to identify the issue. Please follow the steps below to generate a DxDiag: 1) Hold the Windows key on your keyboard. 2) Tap the R key to open the Run window. 3) In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag. 4) Press the Enter key. 5) The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. 6) If there is a pop-up window asking about digital driver signing, click Yes to proceed. 7) Click the Save all information button. 8) Click the Save button. 9) The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt. 10) Click the Exit button.
