Title. Basically you exchange manifolds for weapons ONLY from the currently featured dungeon, it's stupid as you're most likely already farming the dungeon for your desired loot so why exchange manifolds at all? The only way I can see them being useful is at the VERY end of this event when all dungeons are farmable which to be honest is kinda not fun... I'd love to focus Ghost of the Deep or Prophecy weapons from that chest while farming spire weapons, would be a good way to not overcap and let people play with the weapons from those dungeons early but in a limited capacity!
