Returning Player help with accessing Echoes
I had bought the Final Shape Season Pass. I completed final shape, and Act 1 of Episode Echoes. I left the game, and returned recently because of Edge of Fate Reveal. I have full access to the next two episodes. However, act 2 and 3 of echoes are unavailable. I can access failsafe and do the activities, but none of the weapons for the acts 2 and 3 are available, and the artifact is blue, not purple. I want to craft a coleast 1 act 3 weapon. What can I do

For some reason, progress on Echoes will be blocked until you complete this quest, so play through it, and Echoes Act II should become available from Failsafe.
