Hey its me.....again. i wrote here last week sometime about how my cross save didn't pull my characters over from my active account, and all platforms shows that it was linked properly. I was told that bungie was looking into it. Haven't heard anything about it since. just had a few questions.
1.) has this issue been addressed / fixed?............if so please read following questions
2.) where are my characters?
they are clearly on my psn account but not on my steam
3.) since my steam account that i just linked to my psn account didn't pull my characters over does that mean that my steam account is essentially bricked? Because of the cross save rules that went into effect earlier this year. AKA my steam account got linked but didn't do any of the cross save things and now its unable to be unlinked; so i cant try again.
4.) will i have to disable cross save to fix this issue (keep in mind it wasn't my fault) and if so will i seriously have to wait the 90 days just for it to "possibly" fix it.
5.) if for whatever reason my steam account didn't link to cross save; like every platform says it did (including companion app) and now I'm screwed over because of (question 3) what am i supposed to do because its a (NO EXCEPTIONS) rule?
not trying to be rude just want to know if i should give up hope on playing my characters and d2 on steam in general and get my refund
eagerly waiting your response bungie
