After 60 plus hours farming Ultimatum Spire of Watcher for My God Roll Liminal Vigil, I am convinced the algorithms are intended to either keep me playing or prevent Meta Breaking Combos on specific weapons. The attunement has become exponentially worse. Liminal is the rarest drop for me now and I haven't gotten a hollow foil in 4 days. This design is intended to gate veterans and legends with the goal of protecting the new player experience. The less self centered explanation is: metrics and dwell time. Either way there's seemingly not enough interest in the current event or the weapons for players to have noticed the issues with the "RNG" algorithms because there is undoubtedly surreptitious influence on the Rite of the Nine Event Rewards.
