My friend lost access to her unlocked Hierarchy of Needs
We just finished the quest step for the Rite of the Nine to get one of three exotic items for the Eternity difficulty Spire of the Watcher. She didn't have enough space to pick up Hierarchy and left the menu, now she can't even get it at all. Any advice or fix is appreciated.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! It seems that the Gjallarhorn Catalyst was chosen as there was no inventory space to obtain either of the weapons. Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange rewards.
