The nether event where you throw balls at blights soft locks on expert when the kill or wipe enemies spawn mid event. Clip is end result, has happened around 5/6 times during my nether runs this episode. There is no way to continue when this happens and it's just an instant orbit, killing all enemies on the map or doing secrets does not get the event enemies to that spawning in again.
