Missing The Final Shape Annual pass

I had purchased The Final Shape + Annual pass while it was on sale, and don't have the dungeon key, season pass nor access to any of the episodes. It shows in my steam library that i have the upgrade and whatnot but the Cross save doesn't show that i own any episodes, while i have the final shape. Any way someone can help? already submitted a ticket 2 days ago but no response has been sent to me

  • Hey there, it looks like you bought it on Steam, tying the passes and the Dungeon Key to your Steam game profile, but then made this profile go dormant and become inaccessible by cross-saving with XBox, making XBox the Active profile. This made the keys go dormant too, they do not duplicate to the XBox account. Cross-saving first would have tied the passes to XBox instead, which is where you want them. Which form did you use? 'Missing Eververse and add-ons'? That is the correct form to use. Bungie will see to each case in the order they arrive, during their business hours only. 2 days is a bit optimistic, I'd say a week would be more like it. But ultimately you're going to have to wait for them to get back to you, it can't be expedited by posting here.

      What it looks like has happened is that you launched D2 on Steam after purchasing it, but before activating cross-save which resulted in the passes being applied to the now dormant Steam destiny account - API shows them on your dormant Steam [url=https://crimson.report/4611686018552968261/4611686018460816920]here[/url] Head to: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items At the bottom use 'submit request' and provide details on the form again if that wasn't the correct form you originally used. Bungie will the look into it during business hours.
