Despite having no issues with it for years, as of (probably) a month or two ago, I am unable to equip my "Pride of Nepal" emblem, as it is now grayed out with a red line that says "required" over it. The shader has disappeared completely. I claimed my code fair and square when I donated to the nepal charity almost a decade ago and would like to be able to use my emblem and shader. I have already tried reinstalling the game and all of its expansions, restarting my console, etc. I have also heard of others having a similar issue with other exclusive emblems and shaders - what's going on?
