Hey there, it looks like you bought it on Steam, tying the passes and the Dungeon Key to your Steam game profile, but then made this profile go dormant and become inaccessible by cross-saving with XBox, making XBox the Active profile. This made the keys go dormant too, they do not duplicate to the XBox account. Cross-saving first would have tied the passes to XBox instead, which is where you want them. Which form did you use? 'Missing Eververse and add-ons'? That is the correct form to use. Bungie will see to each case in the order they arrive, during their business hours only. 2 days is a bit optimistic, I'd say a week would be more like it. But ultimately you're going to have to wait for them to get back to you, it can't be expedited by posting here.
