Hi, I would like to report a plethora of issues regarding the reward shop and the rank up path. I have lost a lot of currency from this event and would like atleast somekind of resolution if possible. What isnt working: -Purchasing enhancement cores or prisms with currency from the event when already having prisms or cores in your inventory. Having space in your inventory or not does not change or resolve this issue -Collecting the rank up prism reward while holding any prisms. It allowed me to collect it when I had no prisms in my inventory whatsoever. -Picking up the prism from rank up when you have no prisms in your inventory works but USING it does NOT work. The game will act like you have no enhancement prisms when upgrading armor, upgrading guns, or turning them in for shards at rahool. The game will just say "Enhancement Cores 0/10" when I infact, DO have some in my inventory. -OBTAINING ANY ENHANCEMENT PRISMS WHILE YOU HAVE THE PRISM FROM THE EVENT IN YOUR INVENTORY IS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I tested this by buying them from rahool for cores and did not get any. I have spent a considerable amount of currency during this event and got little to none of the promised rewards available from it and it's honestly quite upsetting because grinding that currency is not easy. Sure I can get cores and prisms from other activities, but the promised reward from the shop is not available and taking my currency anyways.
