I’ve already contacted my ISP (Telmex/Uninet), and after running several diagnostics, they confirmed that the issue may be due to misrouting or a conflict between their IP ranges and Bungie’s servers. When switching to a mobile hotspot or changing my IP, the issue disappears entirely.
It's important to note that this problem began immediately after the weekly reset and update on Tuesday. Prior to that, I was able to play without any issues on the same setup.
I understand you cannot disclose whether IPs are being filtered or deprioritized. However, I’d like to respectfully request that the networking team investigate whether there have been any recent blocks, filters, or route changes that could be affecting Mexican IPs, particularly in the 189.154.x.x range.
Several other players in Mexico are reporting the same symptoms across different platforms and networks. Any further insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It is an obvious regional issue, as I connected my Xbox to a VPN in Dallas, Texas and it immediately solved the issue, but why would I pay for a VPN just to play Destiny? Not worth it. They obviously did something wrong since reset because since then plenty of people have been affected!!!
