The red war campaign one is false. The rest are true. The red war one is claiming things like the word failsafe which the guy himself confirmed they're used completely different is stolen. Not joking either Bungie's failsafe: A character in a ship His Failsafe: A device that can change gravity with a failsafe mechanism Or his claims of Bungie stealing the exo's which is immediately debunked because his story came out AFTER d1 where exo's were introduced His next claim is the story but that fails on the grounds of both him and bungie using the basic "Heroes journey" as a base with very little differences from the template. Which a template like heroes journey can't be copyrighted. His next and biggest issue is the red legion since both are named red legion and wear red armor. Man I wonder where the red legion is based from? Man if only there was an army known for wearing red colors....oh well maybe he's right here I can't think of anything. Btw the only reason his lawsuit is even moving is because the judge is being weird. He's not allowing bungie to use 3rd party as proof yet they allowed him to use 3rd party WITHOUT proof? Because yes it sounds like they're still trying to actually find the dudes story. And my last thing to point out is D2 likely started development around Taken King possibly even before which his story if I remember came out around Rise of Iron (Granted I can't really find much on the "release" date of his book)
