Cross-Save enabled on Bungie API but not in game, causing inability to join or invite others.
As the title says. I don't believe I have a ban or restriction on my account, at least I haven't had a message informing me of such.
My Cross-Save is Active on Bungie.net and API, but the Cross-Save icon on the character selection screen in-game is not there for me. I have issues with inviting other players outside of LFG, Fireteam Finder, or FR. I have tried all common issue fixes as outlined on Bungie's FAQ's. I have ensured my NAT is Open and enabled uPnP on my router. I have all privacies and requests set to Open. I cannot provide a player with the /join command to invite them to my fireteam, nor can I receive an invite from a player that is not in my friends list.
I logged a ticket, that was closed within 24 hours with a generic email response saying "Our recent data indicates that there is still an ongoing issue negatively affecting the gameplay experience for others. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your understanding. We recommend using this time to thoroughly investigate and improve your connection's long-term stability, examining aspects such as latency, packet loss, jitter, periodic interference, signal degradation, and potential ISP issues over a period of several days.", however it has been like this for me for a while now. There are no issues with my connection stability.
Am I cooked? Has anyone else experienced this? Being unable to join or send invites limits my ability to join raids, etc, and is slowly driving me away from the game.
