Cannot Start The Journey

ISSUE: After doing lighting the 4 fires in Eris Morn's outlook, I got the chest, received the odd tablet. But The Journey was not added as a quest. I have returned to orbit, done the lighting of the fires in multiple ways which resulted in the chest being spawned, but no quest was added to my list.
REPRO STEPS:
1. Go to the place to start The Journey.
2. Light the fires in clockwise fashion, X-fashion, whatever works.
3. Open the chest that rezzes.
ACTUAL RESULT: The Journey is not added as a quest to the quest list.
EXPECTED RESULT: The Journey is added as a quest to the quest list.

... Apparently they made it so that you need to go to Eris Morn to have her check out the tablet, in order to get the actual quest? But there was no message about that. This was not in any of the guides I checked, so someone changed this from how it was when those guides were written, and someone forgot to put in the necessary additional parts to get you from the chest to Eris. It was sheer accident I noticed that she was pulsing on the map now, so that needs infill.
