I use Spirit of Contact and Spirit of Abeyant on my exotic class item and contact is not working on suspended enemies. I used it all last season for Grandmasters and such and came back from a break, so it's something I noticed immediately. Contact works as it should on normal enemies, but suspended enemies do not get lightning strikes or become Jolted. I am using Shield Throw as my melee. I have not tested other melees.
