Stuck on part 5 of 7 (included in screenshot). Doesn't let me launch from quest, birds don't appear in the Impasse to guide me and they are not present to "switch" cysts, either. I have never done this quest step before. From my research I've gathered this step is bugged for many players but none of the work arounds have helped fix my issue. Any help is appreciated.
