Original Ghost of the Deep Collectibles not counting towards my triumphs (rite of the nine explorer mode)
Hey, I needed to get the last 5 collectibles from the original triumph so i did a quick solo on Explorer (Rite of the nine) mode and when i "collect", it does the dialog but does not count (does not check the box) on the triumph.

Yep... me too. Went through the entire dungeon for all 12 & none counted! Apparently, the quest for Navigator catalyst is also bugged, you can complete each encounter but no catalyst
