Unacceptable
The sheer volume of cheating in crucible is UNACCEPTABLE. Fix it or a lot of us won’t be playing anymore.

I have actually noticed a player decline, and when you read social blogs, players are slowly leaving due to the piss poor state of Destiny. Cheating is the biggest culprit.

Wouldn’t take damage and never missed a shot, even around corners! Zooming around the map winning one 1v4 after another. Checked there stats…lifetime 0.6kd. Last played may 22, 8 games 22 kills with a 0.47kd. Today he is 10 games in , 400 kills at a 4.5kd. lol wtf. I guess he picked up a new gaming chair.

5 RepliesLast cheater I faced was a week ago. But a bad cheater at that. He was spamming blade barrages every 5 seconds from the start of the match, but managed to miss like 3/4 of them. He ended up rage quitting early on or banned, dunno which it was. Guess cheats can’t buy skills for some 😭🙏

11 RepliesDestiny 2 should’ve been a PvE experience only. That way they could’ve avoided nerfing anything for the sake of PvP (which is complete bs anyway) If people want to play PvP that’s fine. Make it a standalone mode like Warzone on Call of Duty titles. Furthermore, remove Gambit and replace it as an extraction shooter so you don’t have to steal resources from ANTIREAL or other talented artists. Marathon was NOT worth the price Bungie paid to produce it, and it won’t be worth the price when the settlement is said and done. But Bungie does Bungie things…

3 RepliesFor a company owned by a console manufacturer, bungie obsesses over catering to PC players. Even marathon has a whole UI system that heavily favors PC players and looks like a nightmare for console players, especially for a PvP focused game. It’s just gross at this point. Shutting down all pc access would fix about 95% of all hacking problems in this game, but bungie could never do that since all their sponsored streamers and staff members are PC diehards. Anyone defending PC is just the same type of person as those that once argued for allowing smoking cigarettes on planes, in restaurants and in most public spaces. PC’s are just the cigarettes of the gaming industry, it makes certain people feel cool while opening the floodgates to second hand cancerous hacking experienced and suffered by innocent people who never supported this industry or behavior. The problem isn’t PvP, the problem has and will always be PC.

You also expect bungie to fix the second least updated mode that they haven't cared about in years? Even without the supposed "cheaters" you're playing against, it's not going to change how your matches go. Unless you have actual proof of these so-called cheaters, then you aren't playing against cheaters. You're playing against people that are better than you, and you just don't like how you keep losing. Edit: You'd probably also do better in matches if you didn't run double scout for no reason.

I called Playstation network yesterday and spoke with one of the managers in game services and they are going to do a full investigation on what is happening and why on an escalated level. I gave them an entire rundown on what happening to some players that are playing in well populated areas during peak times with gig internet running the absolute best hardwired hardware on the market with absolutely perfect signals. You are not the only one man, you should have heard our conversation. Sony will make things right in the end Im so glad they own this mess of a company that doesn't give a damn. Call Sony!! 1-800-345-7669 Thats the only way to get anything done about it because Bungie doesn't care one bit that we spent a ton to play and have a decent experience. Sony actually has teams you can talk to with escalation protocols that will get it done in the end.

I dont believe you Destiny players have zero gauge on detecting cheaters. Unless they are literally harry potter AC130 flying around the map shooting a stream of grenade launcher I dont believe it
