1. All weapons roll with 3 Barrel and Magazine perks by default.
2. All weapons roll with 2 perks in the 3rd and 4th column by default, with up to 5 in each column under special circumstances.
3. Create a "reroll masterwork" option like the weapons from year 1 had.
4. Make attunement always guarantee that the weapon you've selected drops.
5. Increases the number of drops globally, or at least for most activities. Only receiving one random weapon roll after a roughly 20 minute activity is too low. This problem is obviously worse for Adepts.
6. For Dungeons and some destinations, encounters / activity completions should always drop at least one weapon. Armor can drop secondarily. This won't hurt anything.
7. A bit out there, but a system to reroll perks would be cool. This kinda defeats the purpose of random rolls, but if it costs a lot, or is not super costly and has limited uses, that stops players from exploiting it.

Ive been saying crafting wouldnt be necessary if loot would just be more generous. Put multiple selectable perks in each slot, and for god's sake stop polluting perk pools with trash perks that no one wants like recycled energy and perpetual motion. All they do is manufacture scarcity of the actual good perks. Change these things and there is no need for crafting
