I was doing the First Exorcism quest and went to the social space to claim the reward, with the quest step "open the chest in eternity", however when I stepped on the pad to get to the platform with the chest, nothing happened. My friend who was with me could get up there but I could not. Do note that I had not completed the spire of the watcher quests. I tried reloading the zone as well as the game but the result was the same, I would stand on the plate and nothing would happen. I even did a second run of the dungeon and tracked the quest but still nothing happened.
