Bugged quest
So i was checking out the new rite of the nine thing and got this quest called elegant arsenal that required me to complete spire of the watcher . Well I have done it 15 times and there's no progress on the quest so i decide to abandon jt and now I can't even find it. What is going on? Did I do something wrong, and if not what do I do?

Hey there. You have to play the Rites of the Nine version, which is currently rotated out for Ghosts of the Deep. It will return, letting you progress. If you have abandoned it, you can pick it up from the Quest Archive at the Tower.
