Sunderdoctorine quest drowning deep stuck at step 6 cannot get initiated

Get the catalyst so i wanted to complete the quest but when i tried to get initiated by collecting data in the research area there is no data to collect and I'm at sixth step i tried relaunching but no data to collect and get initiated second time so plas i need help im playing destiny 2 on PS4 slim and my Gamertag is Broodingowl1234#0572
