They have to not only find the issue in the first place but then attempt a fix, find out if it works or not, and then, depending on the results of said fix, either push it out or try a new fix. All extraction shooters have a niche player base, and it definitely isn't the whiny destiny players who think they know better than a game company that has made multiple successful games, including the exact game you claim they need to fix.
