I think it's a great weapon, as it has a really fun and rewarding loop. But there are a few minor issues or shortcomings that could be improved upon.
To start with, the "grenade consume" animation speed for Property: Irreducible is just a little too slow in my opinion. If it were brought down to maybe 1.6 seconds (or lower) from 2.3s, it could flow more smoothly in active gameplay.
Secondly, I think it would be a nice change for the weapon to be fully reloaded (like Demolitionist) and gain ammo (like the exotic glaives) after you load a grenade. A small ammo bump (3-5) would also be good.
These were the main two points, but there's one more issue to consider:
Currently, there's very little incentive to use the primary fire mode. The damage is rather poor, being an adaptive frame, and it has no special effects, so it feels rather basic.
Some people don't use this mode ever, and argue that it isn't meant to be used, but I'm not sure that's the intention.
I think if the primary fire received a secondary effect or some kind of bonus after Property: Irreducible, or Property: Undecided were applied, it would be a little more interesting to use.
