Should IB and ToO weapon drops with double/triple perks after every rank reset?
Just like you earn in Gambit, Crucible and Vanguard after resetting ranks.

Happens everywhere else, dont know why it doesnt for IB and Trials pointless resetting just for a ugly shader

YES! Absolutely, considering the amount of garbage perks and the constant duplicates. Case in point the Nether hydrofoil weapons that dropped with triple perks in each column and yet I still ended up deleting the majority because even 6 perks didnt produce the combo I was looking for.

yes, but since next season they are adding the tier system we don't know how the new system will change the drops
