Orbs of Restoration doesn't work with abilities that have multiple charges
Up until a few seasons ago, Orbs of Restoration would be able to grant ability energy on Orb pickup for the ability with the least amount of energy--even abilities that have multiple charges. Now, it no longer works on those abilities if it has at least one charge filled, so you're basically forced to use Innervation or Invigoration along with it on certain Subclasses.
On a related note, ever since the release of Solar 3.0, back in Witch Queen, Orbs of Restoration has not worked on Dawnblade if you have Phoenix Dive equipped.

For the latter issue involving Dawnblade and Phoenix Dive, do you happen to have a videoclip demonstrating what you describe? If not, then please consider recording a demonstration of that particular issue. If you do make a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and we'll review it.
