Outbreak perfected disease vector
I just did a hell of alot of stuff to get all the catalysts and intrinsics now I can't get the disease vector catalyst what the heck and no one tells you how to fix it or what to do help bungie! I've made 3 outbreaks so it's not recrafting it

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Have you fully completed Zero Hour on Legendary difficulty and looted the chest at the end? After doing so, the catalyst should become available when reshaping Outbreak Perfected.
