Hi, I just finished Kell's Fall to get the Organ triumph and grab the Tonic of Exotic Ciphers (I already had the other one), but after looting the urn and the Tonic popping up on my screen as successfully looted, no triumphs popped up. On finishing the mission I checked my triumphs and it still says I've only found one exotic tonic. Went to Eido and it says I haven't discovered the tonic yet. I just reran it to try to loot it again, but the urn isn't there to pick up for me - only other people who haven't already got it.
