How do folk balance their mental health and continuing to play/grind Destiny? Personally found the grind and drifting of friends groups was exhausting and had to actually break away from Destiny for awhile and play more solo games to enjoy gaming again, but thinking of coming back more with the next phase of Destiny.

If this is a question you have to ask in the first place, that's a pretty good sign that you should drop the game for good. If playing a game is damaging your mental health, don't play that game.
