Banned for No Reason Despite Having a Great Connection

I really don’t understand why I got banned. I recently had fiber installed at home, and my PS5 gets over 900 Mbps. My connection is super stable, so I don’t see how it could be related to lag or connection issues. I regularly play other games like Black Ops 6, Battlefield, and even Rogue Company, and I’ve never had any problems or warnings on those. Everything runs smoothly, and I’ve never been reported or penalized. That’s why I think this ban might be due to false reports or some kind of mistake. If anyone from support sees this, I’d really appreciate it if my case could be reviewed.

  • First, let's get the terminology correct, this sounds like restrictions. If you were banned, you wouldn't be able to play the game at all. Second, restrictions are placed manually after investigation and false reports would have no action taken. Finally, other games don't require the quality of connection D2 requires. Speed is a minimal factor, you need zero packet loss and low jitter/ping.
