I really don’t understand why I got banned. I recently had fiber installed at home, and my PS5 gets over 900 Mbps. My connection is super stable, so I don’t see how it could be related to lag or connection issues.
I regularly play other games like Black Ops 6, Battlefield, and even Rogue Company, and I’ve never had any problems or warnings on those. Everything runs smoothly, and I’ve never been reported or penalized.
That’s why I think this ban might be due to false reports or some kind of mistake. If anyone from support sees this, I’d really appreciate it if my case could be reviewed.

If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.
