Thanks for the heads up. In the past months I've gradually played more on Xbox than PC - the PvP is better for a casual like myself. Unfortunately I had already pre-ordered on PC and despite always having played on the PC Xbox app it wasnt supported by Xbox anywhere. Hence, I would have had to buy it on Xbox too. So it was great news that refunding was possible - because I didnt know about it. Easy process too. I do feel like it was giving mixed messages though, it said in one place that I hadnt been charged yet - which is wrong - and in another that I had been charged from X card.
