Rite of nine chest not claimable
Just completed the prophecy dungeon on Eternity and claimed the navigator but the last chest in the rite of nine says i haven’t completed it. Can this be fixed?

The transporter is bugged and will not allow players to use it & go up to the chest platform. 1000's of players stuck at step 3 of the quest. Bungie are aware & ignoring it.
