Bungie is well aware what perk rolls players generally chase. As antiquated as Onslaught is, I'm still interested in a couple Luna's Howl rolls. RNG can only be explained to a certain extent before I begin speculating Bungie weigh-gated Onslaught weapon rolls they know players prefer. I'm not naive to think Bungie would reply.
