They really sacrificed D2 scale and ambition for this lol This is like Bethesda/Starfield levels of de-commitment. But it’s worse than that currently because at least Micro was goading them into making Starfield a tentpole game. Destiny at scale really is about to die for a constantly delayed, plagiarized side project a la Fallout.
