The Starfire "buff" doesn't actually do anything.
Grenade regen is still too low for DPS, and the nerf to regen on kills makes it less good for add clear.
Why bother reworking, and calling it a "well deserved boost" if it's actually worse at the only thing it was actually still okay at doing and still unusable for the thing it used to be good for?

2 Replies$1000 says the actium buff is actually nerf. Stacks 10 times but I bet you have to get 5 stacks to be where Actium sits now in terms of ammo regen.
