I'm almost certain i have done this quest if not i have 100% done the dungeon during rite of the nine and it wont complete on the triumph tab , i have looked everywhere for the quest in my quest tab and in the quest archives and went back to the emissary so many times and the quest has not appear so i think i have done it and it has not been added to the triumph is there anyway to be able to fix this issue cause i really want to buy the shirt that is attached to the triumph in bungie rewards
