Hi there. If you got nothing from the Prismatic chest in the Blooming, that means you've already acquired the Facet of Generosity with one of your characters, as fragments are account-wide unlocks. If you're not able to open the chest, you need to acquire multiple Memory: Vestige of Light from killing yellow bar enemies in Cysts. When you get enough, they'll automatically convert to [b]Memory: Blooming of Light[/b]. Check to make sure you have space in your inventory. Once you have the memory, you can open the Prismatic chest in the Blooming. If you have Memory: Blessing of Light and the chest still won't open, please provide a screenshot or video clip of where the chest is you're looking at.
