I originally played Destiny 2 on PSN and had all my progress and characters there. A while ago, I switched to playing on PC via Steam. I had already linked my PSN and Steam accounts through Cross Save. However, when I launched Destiny 2 on Steam for the first time, my progress did not carry over. Instead, it prompted me to create a new character, and unfortunately, I did. After that, my Steam account became linked to this new account, and now I can no longer access my original characters and progress from PSN. It seems my Steam account is now tied to two different Bungie profiles, and I’m unable to restore or access my original data.
