people make no sense
I am a new clan leader who has only a few members in my clan i make a post every morning and evening whilst searching messaging and inviting recruits all day just for them to join stay for 5 minutes and then leave why is it so hard to get faithful people in this community? Many will say well if you had more members but how can a new clan get to that point without having faithful ppl join?

Simply put, ignore people who come and go or say this game is dying. According to the content creators who never stopped playing the game, I would say we are very much alive. No worries, the saying this game is dying has been said every time new content is about to release. The franchise has been dying for 10 years according to those posts. The reality is it's just evolving. People are going to play and lose interest, happens with every game. If you want quality people, be the quality you want to see. Most importantly be honest. Here's an example: Hey guys, Joker here to ask you for some clan help. My guy here that made this original post is looking to build a solid community of gamers to raid with and have some good times. Please don't join him if you are going to be clan hopping for engrams. My guy wants to do endgame content, but needs a solid crew to build that foundation. If you need a clan or your clan isn't a fit for you anymore, give this guy a look. Play with him a few times and see if you gel. If you like it, help him build his community. Thanks, Joker I'm all for building a positive community my man. I've got one and we raid. I work so I don't get in on as many as I should, but one of my Sherpas has over 500 raids done. So I lean on that resource. You gotta start somewhere. I hope you build your community and happy gaming Guardian.

2 RepliesIt’s because people don’t give it a chance I had the same problem when it was me and my two friends a few months ago. We couldn’t get anyone to stay. You just have to keep consistently trying to recruit You’ll grow slow at first and then you’ll shoot up and stop. It just apart of the process It’s pretty slow rn anyways so recruitment for any clan is gonna be more difficult. Just keep your chin up and keep trying

16 RepliesIts probably a bad idea for a recruiter to complain in the LFC forum about the recruitment process... but you asked, so I'm gonna be brutally honest. Have you bothered to message those ppl to ask why they left? When you invite someone, do you tell them what time zone your members are in, or do you take the "everyone is welcome" approach & have no idea whether ppl are even on at the same time? Your clan page says "weekly events & challenges", do you actually do those, or is it just a marketing scheme? Are you being honest that you're probably a very casual and/or returning player ? All 3 of your characters are under 1990 light level, which is kind of a red flag since most ppl know there's free 2020 armor in the Rite of Nine Sanctuary. Its literally the first thing I tell new players, whether they join my clan or not, just open the chest & level up quick without even firing a weapon. I'm not trying to single you out here, LOTS of recruitment posts all have the same spiel "join now, we do it all, endgame, Day 1" etc etc... then you check the clan roster & no one has more than 5 raid clears, how they gonna teach? Yea, some ppl just hop in & out of clans like frogs, but lots of the recruiters are promising all kinds of stuff they'll never deliver, all cuz they're focused on numbers, instead of who's a good fit or not. The "faithful" thing goes both ways.

7 RepliesU just gotta stick at it pal and remind yourself that those who leave after 5 mins even if you vibed well were never gonna be worth your time investment. Finding connections and people that are willing to ‘see how things end up’ with a clan are rare but out there, just gotta keeping fishing.

2 RepliesI've been a clan leader for 5 years, it baffles me still. People 'looking for a clan' then join for 5 mins then leave, without saying a word. Honestly, best thing to do is brush it off and continue forward. It's frustrating but the people will come eventually.

I had one guy say last Friday how much he was enjoying our clan. He left on sunday 😂 As doc says, keep your chin up, keep at it.
