Nothing burger with fries
They gave a cool Vidoc style thing in the first 5 minutes of the stream, and the rest was yapping about stuff we already knew about.

Take a step back and consider that [i]your[/i] experience is not [b]everybody’s[/b] experience: There are those who don’t watch content creators’ channels and don’t read the weekly TWIDs who have been coming to these forums the past month wondering why Bungie haven’t had any major EoF promotional streams in the last couple of weeks leading up to release, or have dropped on to complain about upcoming changes based on incomplete information that they heard second hand from someone who was only half paying attention in the first place. While some of us (including myself) have a tendency to be terminally online in consuming coverage for this game, we have always been a (vocal) minority of the player base. The TWIDs and Content Creator breakdowns are examples of marketing meant for us. Those who purchase each major expansion when they drop and futz around for a month or two before returning to some other game/interest need to be marketed to as well. This stream was meant for them. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

IMO Armor 3.0 and weapon 4.0 should not be this expansion's main focus selling point especially if it's a free QOL update for everyone. I think the main issue ppl want to know is what is the main highlight selling point do we get for buying EOF. Beyond light-stasis Witch queen-Glaives and crafting Lightfall-Strand Final shape- Prismatic,class exotics The only thing ppl are seeing is exotics that's worrisome actually.

4 Replieswith the state the hype is in we need to be seeing a lot more exciting stuff, im sold because i play for raids and dungeons but the casual base is about to have all their stuff soft sunset you cant come on here and get into the minutia of information about stats that we already know and expect them to be excited, needs less dev sit down and more trailers and hype somehow
