Getting melee energy back without needing enemies? Great buff. But it should be reversed. You should get a small amount when away from enemies, and a full amount when near them. Seeing as the title is GAMBLERS dodge. You’ve completely removed the gamble of being close to an enemy. Now it’s “Run away and hide dodge”. I also HATE the removal of resilience and mobility.
