ERROR CODE TURTLE

ive been experiencing problems in trying to access my destiny account on ps5 ,and everytime I try to do so I get error code turtle, yet ive tried everything on the site it still doesn't work and I was already on Lan connection and still am. can someone help the only information ive found ab this was 4 to 5 years ago. thank you
