Today's (26/06/25) TWID really was the same as the poorly-received stream earlier this week, huh? 95% just a collection of info we already had in (admittedly spread-out) other places, with a tiny amount of new stuff.
I know we've seen them before, but the Armour Archetypes have one glaring omission, and I know exactly why it's not there; there is no Weapon+Super combo, and that's because if it ever exists, it's automatically going to be mandatory for every single boss encounter. Whilst I accept Bungie seeing this issue ahead of time (you get no praise, because frankly it's the bare minimum), it just goes to show how poorly thought out parts of Armour 3.0 are.
And you really are determined to ram Seasonal Sunsetting down our throats with 'New Gear' bonuses, no matter how incredibly negative the feedback to it has been, aren't you. Not even a whisper of having seen our feedback, acknowledged our concerns, or a possibility of rolling it back after a trial period. I really hope 'play your way' has been removed from any-&-all Bungie material, because a rotating selection of Exotics, which are keystone items for the buildcrafting the Bungie is also determined to keep in (and IMO buildcrafting is a good thing), is completely antagonistic to said buildcrafting.
This one change, more than every other change combined, reaks of upwards-failed non-gamer C-suite parasite desperation at seeing play time decrease; they're just breaking out the hamster wheel instead of making the cage a nicer place to be, and it's gonna backfire so incredibly badly. I know they're doing it to save their own hides from Sony's wrath, but they're gonna burn the franchise down around them and then [i]still have to own up to Sony. Really, Sony need to gut upper management right now; keep the actual devs, and get someone from another successful live service to advise, no matter how much you have to pay them (I'll always recommend DE, but much as we like to hate on them over in the LoL community, Riot have admitted when they've made wildly unpopular changes and rolled them back). But honestly, Sony should have the evidence to gut Bungie upper management, becaause in an article today on The Game Post (https://thegamepost.com/destiny-2-edge-of-fate-pre-orders-down-50-the-final-shape/), a community member used data available through Bungie's own API to estimate how badly EoF is doing, and oh boy is it bad (just over 50% comparing prelaunch windows for EoF to TFS).

If you want weapons+super, use old armour (mobility/intellect).
